Nicki and Hart Jaraschatrkaew are the owners and chef of Khow Thai Cafe. The restaurant was started in 2002 by Nicki's Mom, Toi. Nicki and Hart took over the restaurant in October of 2015. The restaurant still serves many of the original family recipes. Nicki and Hart have added new recipes of their own to the menu.
The restaurant business has been an important part of both Nicki and Hart's lives for many years. Hart's father had a catering business in Thailand for 35 years and Hart grew up in the restaurant business. Both Nicki and Hart were involved in Khow-Thai since it opened in 2002. Khow Thai is a special place for Nicki because she was pregnant with both of her daughters while she was working here. Nicki hopes her daughters will grow up in the restaurant and find it as special as she did.
